This is a CPU. It's a processor: Socket 370, 1133 MHz, Intel. I bought this, not new, to upgrade my PC, but I wasn't able to get it going, BUT I think this was a motherboard incompatibility, not anything about the CPU itself. I think the CPU is fine if you have a compatible motherboard. However I am selling it "as-is" and very inexpensively.
