This is a Kingston Ethernet adapter for computers (typically older laptops) with the socket for the credit card-shaped PC-Card also known as "PCMCIA." This card connects to a little cable (included) with the Ethernet jack (RJ-45 I think it's called) on the other end. Manual is included. No software media, sorry. I believe this card to work, and have no reason to suspect it does not work, however it is sold "as is" and priced inexpensively, because I don't want to go back and forth with a buyer who has trouble configuring it or whatever.
