This is a Logitech-brand three button PS/2 mouse in good condition. I tested it and it worked fine, although I did not test the third (middle) clicker button. I've little doubt that works fine too, but you'll probably have to configure it in the control panel. I guess you set it to a special function or whatever. No software or manual, sorry, but the mouse and left/right clickers (at least) autoconfigure in pretty much any Microsoft OS.
